Most coaches focus only on your body. Coach James trains all three: your body, your mind, and your heart. These camps don't just give athletes workouts — they teach mental toughness, discipline, and how to find a reason to keep pushing that doesn't depend on motivation alone.

Every workout is designed so it works for every level, with built-in modifications that let beginners start safely and advanced athletes push their limits. Coach James holds an NASM certification and trained at the Eleiko facility in Austin, TX, bringing Olympic-level lifting and recovery techniques to every session.

Meet Your Coach

Coach James
Perez

Born and raised in San Angelo, Texas, James's journey into coaching started when his oldest son suffered a knee injury from a genetic condition. Doctors warned that surgery could leave him with lifelong arthritis, so James earned his National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification to learn proper rehab and training. He also trained at the Eleiko facility in Austin, TX, learning Olympic-level lifting and recovery techniques.

What began as helping his son quickly grew — training friends, their kids, and their parents — until it became a real mission. After running a pop-up gym for a year and managing personal trainers at Crunch Fitness, James built The Fit Rebuild: affordable training that strengthens the body, mind, and heart together.
